Levee Repair Material

US Mine Corp has lab-tested clay suitable for USACE levee-repair projects on the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta levee system. US Mine Corp’s white clayey sand (SC) currently meets ARCF Natomas Reach I Contract 1 Type 1 and Type 2 specs and may meet specs on future levee repairs.

The Mine Site

US Mine Corp’s mining operation in Ione spans over 3300 acres of land rich in kaolin clay and other mineral resources including glass sand, PGE-spec sand, laterite and lignite. Located in the heart of California’s Gold Country, US Mine Corp’s Ione mine site is conveniently located approximately 40 miles southeast of Sacramento, with easy access to the I-5, I-80, and Hwy 99 corridors.

Contract Mining

With over 30 years of experience in the mining business and a large fleet of Caterpillar and Komatsu mining equipment, US Mine Corp has the capabilities to operate large-scale underground and open-pit mining projects, overland conveying and crushing/screening projects, and large earth-moving projects.
